Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At The Homer – Create Your Story, customer satisfaction and timely service remain our highest priority. We are committed to ensuring secure order processing, efficient delivery, and a transparent cancellation process for every purchase made through our platform.

Order Dispatch & Delivery
All successfully placed orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
A majority of customer orders are dispatched within 24 hours, ensuring faster order fulfillment whenever possible.
Estimated delivery timelines across India usually range between 3 to 7 working days, depending on destination, courier service availability, and regional service coverage.

Shipment Updates & Tracking Information
Once an order has been successfully shipped, customers will receive shipment confirmation along with tracking details via Email and/or SMS notification.
Courier tracking information may require up to 24 hours after dispatch before live tracking updates become visible on the courier platform.

Cancellation Request Process
Customers may request cancellation only for orders that have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Requests received after shipment dispatch cannot be accepted, and such orders will be governed by our applicable return or replacement policy.
Valid cancellation requests are normally reviewed and processed within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation.

Refund Processing
Once a cancellation request has been approved, the refund process will be initiated immediately from our end.
Depending on the customer’s payment provider and banking process, refunded amounts generally reflect within 5 to 7 business days in the original payment method used during purchase.
